Bushfire for Mac

Bushfire cleans up after Safari. As soon as you quit the browser, it automatically and securely removes the data you selected: cookies, zombie cookies, cache, history, downloads list, Top Sites, page thumbnails, web form contents, location hints and website icons.

Features

• Automatic deletion when Safari quits
• Immediate cleanup from the macOS menu bar
• Choose categories individually, pause at any time
• Status display with the number and size of deleted items
• Optional secure overwriting
• German and English, no registration
• Free, open source (GPLv3), free updates

Safari can only remove history after a set period (at the earliest after one day), not when you quit. Bushfire fills this gap.
